Appointments

An appointment system operates within the practice. If it is an emergency please try to phone the practice to let us know it is an emergency so that you can be seen as soon as possible.

Should you wish for more than one person to be seen by the Doctor, you must inform the receptionist when making the appointment.

Chaperone Policy

Should you require a chaperone for your consultation, examination or procedure, please ask your Doctor, Nurse or Reception staff for information on our practice chaperone policy

House Calls

If you require a house call please phone the practice before 12 midday. Please be aware that we are better equipped to treat patients at the practice so if possible you should try to visit us at the medical practice.

Please note the Doctor visiting your home may not be the Doctor you usually see at the Practice.

Prescriptions

For reasons of safety when requesting a repeat Prescription please note:

• A written request is preferred.

• We aim to complete your request within 48 hours.

• Please direct any queries or comments to your own Doctor.
